What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form or our Growth Bot chat, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name, if you give it
- Your mobile number
- Your email address, if you give it
- How you'd like us to contact you (WhatsApp, a call or email)
- The service you're interested in and your message
- The page you sent it from and how you reached our website (for example, a Google search or an ad), so we understand your request
If you call, WhatsApp or email us directly, we receive whatever you share in that conversation, along with your number or email address.
We don't ask for payment details, ID documents or sensitive personal information through this website. Please don't include them in your message.
How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To prepare your free growth audit report and discuss it with you.
- To keep a record of the conversation if you become a client.
- To block spam and abuse of the form.
We don't add you to marketing lists or send newsletters without asking first. By submitting the form, you consent to us using your details for these purposes. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Where your data is stored
Form and chat enquiries are delivered to our business email inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service. We don't keep a copy on the server that hosts this website. Access to the inbox is limited to people at BrainBean who handle enquiries.
We use reasonable security measures such as HTTPS and password-protected accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to keep what we hold safe.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as they're useful for the purpose you gave them. If an enquiry doesn't lead to work, we delete it once it's no longer needed or when you ask us to. If you become a client, we keep records needed for the engagement and for tax and accounting law.
Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you can:
- Access: ask what personal data we hold about you and how it's used.
- Correct: ask us to fix or update anything inaccurate.
- Erase: ask us to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent: tell us to stop using your data.
- Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with us about how your data is handled.
- Nominate: name someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
