Website design company for fast sites that bring enquiries

Most people who find your business will open your website on a phone, usually after a Google search, a Maps listing or a WhatsApp forward. They give it a few seconds. BrainBean is a website design company that builds for that moment: a quick page that says what you do, proves it, and makes calling or messaging you easy.

Quick answer

BrainBean Technolabs is a website design company and website development company based in Anand, Gujarat. We design and build mobile-first, SEO-ready business websites for companies in Gujarat and across India, working remotely by phone, WhatsApp and Google Meet. Every site ships with WhatsApp and call buttons, schema markup, GA4 and Search Console. Most go live in two to four weeks. There are no fixed packages: scope and fees come in a free growth audit report.

What a good website design company should deliver for you

A website isn't a brochure you print once and forget. It's the page that decides whether a buyer calls you or the next name on Google. So the job of a website design company is much bigger than choosing colours and fonts.

Here is what we think every business site owes its owner:

  • Clarity within five seconds. What you sell, where you serve and how to reach you, visible on a phone without scrolling.
  • Speed on real connections. Pages that open quickly on patchy mobile data in a GIDC shed or a village in Kheda district, not only on office Wi-Fi.
  • A structure search engines can read. Clean URLs, proper headings, schema and one page per service.
  • An obvious next step. WhatsApp, call and a short form, each tracked separately.
  • Ownership. Domain, hosting and admin login in your name from the first day.

Many agency pages you'll compare us with lead with a low starting price and a grid of screenshots. Ask them about speed scores, redirect plans and who holds the hosting login. Their answers will tell you more than any portfolio.

Types of websites we design: corporate, landing pages, catalogues and portals

Different businesses need different kinds of sites. Picking the wrong type is the most common reason a new website disappoints its owner.

Business and corporate websites

For manufacturers, service firms, clinics, schools and consultants. Home, about, a page for each service or product line, industries served, contact, and space for certificates and photos of your actual plant or office. Corporate website design for Indian exporters also needs a polished English version that a buyer in Germany or Dubai trusts at first glance.

Landing pages

Single-purpose pages built for Google Ads or Meta campaigns: one offer, one form, nothing to wander off to. Our landing page design services include call tracking and form events wired into GA4, so the ad platform learns from real leads instead of page views.

Catalogue websites

Built for traders and manufacturers with hundreds of SKUs who don't sell online but want dealers to browse, download a PDF and send an enquiry on WhatsApp. Picture a Rajkot bearing maker or a Morbi tile company showing every size, grade and finish on its own page.

Portals and custom web apps

Dealer logins, booking systems, student portals, quote calculators. These need custom website development and a lot more planning. If you want to sell products with a cart and checkout, that is a different build, covered on our ecommerce website development page.

What every website build from BrainBean includes

WordPress website development vs custom code vs a DIY builder

We build on WordPress and on custom code, and now and then we tell someone a builder is enough. The right answer depends on how often you'll change content, how much speed matters to you and what the site has to connect with.

Best forMost business sitesPortals, special featuresTiny sites, testing an idea

For most small and mid-sized businesses, a lean WordPress build is the sensible default. Custom code earns its extra effort when you need logins, calculators or integrations that plugins handle badly.

Should you use Wix or hire a web designer?

If you're a solo consultant with five pages and spare evenings, a builder can work fine. It stops working when you need full SEO control, better speed, Gujarati fonts that render cleanly or a feature the platform won't allow. Moving off a builder later usually means rebuilding from scratch. So decide with the next three years in mind, not the next three weeks.

Responsive website design, speed and accessibility as standard

Mobile-first isn't something we bolt on at the end. We lay out the phone version first, then widen it for tablets and desktops. That's where your buyers are.

Speed gets measured, not assumed. Before launch we test Google's page experience metrics in PageSpeed Insights: Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift. Images are compressed and served as WebP, font files are kept to a minimum and scripts load only where they're needed. A homepage slider with six banners looks lovely in a review meeting. It rarely helps anyone holding a phone.

Accessibility helps everyone

Readable font sizes, proper colour contrast, buttons large enough for a thumb, alt text on images and forms that work with a keyboard. These choices help older visitors, people on budget phones in bright sunlight, and search engines too.

Do you need a mobile-friendly website? Yes, without question. Google indexes the mobile version of your site first, so a desktop-only design costs you rankings as well as enquiries.

Our website design and development process, step by step

Six stages, each with a clear sign-off from you before we move on.

Four steps: audit, plan, build and grow
  1. 01

    Discovery and free audit

We study your business, competitors and current site, then send a growth audit report with scope, plan and fee.

  2. 02

    Sitemap and content plan

We agree on every page, its purpose and the searches it should answer.

  3. 03

    Wireframes

Simple grey layouts for key pages, so structure is settled before anyone debates colours.

  4. 04

    Visual design

Home and inner page designs in your brand style, reviewed and revised together.

  5. 05

    Build and test

Development, content entry, speed tuning, and form and WhatsApp tests on real Android phones and iPhones.

  6. 06

    Launch and watch

Redirects, Search Console and GA4 go live, and we monitor the first weeks for errors.

SEO friendly website design built for Google and AI answers

A site can look perfect and still be invisible. SEO has to be part of the structure before any design gets approved.

  • One URL per service, product line or location, with short readable slugs.
  • A single H1 on every page and H2s that match how people actually search.
  • Unique title tags and meta descriptions, written page by page.
  • Schema markup: Organization or LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList where they fit.
  • XML sitemap, robots.txt and Google Search Console verified at launch.
  • Internal links so every important page sits within a few clicks of the homepage.

Making the site readable for AI assistants

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews pull facts from pages they can parse without effort. We put a short, factual answer block near the top of key pages, keep your name, address and phone identical everywhere, and add structured data so an assistant can tell what you do and which areas you serve. That groundwork makes later AEO and GEO optimisation far easier.

Building an SEO-ready site is not the same as ranking it. Ongoing keyword, content and link work is a separate service, explained on our SEO services page.

Website redesign services that protect your Google rankings

Redesigns are where businesses quietly lose traffic. The new site goes live, old URLs start returning 404 errors, and rankings built over years fade in a few weeks. Owners often blame a Google update for what was really a missing redirect file.

Here is how we handle a redesign:

  1. Crawl the current site and export every URL, title and meta description.
  2. Pull the pages that earn clicks and impressions from Search Console, so we know exactly what must not break.
  3. Map each old URL to its new address with a 301 redirect.
  4. Keep, and usually improve, the text on pages that already rank. Don't delete content Google likes.
  5. After launch, watch the Pages and Performance reports in Search Console and fix fresh errors quickly.

A small dip can still happen while Google recrawls. A long slide nearly always means redirects or content were skipped.

Business website design that turns visitors into enquiries

Traffic that never becomes a call is just a number in Analytics. Every page we build has one job and one clear next step.

  • WhatsApp click-to-chat with a pre-filled message that names the page, so you know where the chat started.
  • Tap-to-call buttons on mobile, tracked as GA4 events.
  • Short enquiry forms asking for name, phone and requirement. Every extra field costs you leads.
  • Trust signals like your GST number, real photos, certifications, trade body memberships and your Google reviews.
  • Location clarity through a map embed and a link to your Google Business Profile.

A typical enquiry on a manufacturer's site goes like this. A purchase executive in Pune lands on a product page, taps WhatsApp, asks for a rate on a specific quantity and expects a reply the same day. If your site makes that easy and your team replies fast, the website is doing its work. Many owners add a WhatsApp chatbot so those chats get answered after office hours too.

Website content and copywriting in English, Gujarati and Hindi

Content is the slowest part of most website projects. Owners plan to write the About page this weekend. Six weekends later, the site is still waiting.

So we write it for you. We interview you on a call, read your brochures, old quotations and product sheets, and draft every page in plain English that sounds like a person. A Gujarati version makes sense when many buyers are local retailers, farmers, parents or patients who prefer it. Hindi helps when your dealers sit in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh or Uttar Pradesh. We set these up as proper language versions with hreflang tags, never a translate widget pasted in the footer.

You review, we revise. Nothing goes live without your sign-off, and every claim, number and certificate on the site has to be one you can stand behind.

What a website costs in India, and how our website design company quotes

There is no honest single price for "a website". These are the things that actually move the cost:

  • Number of pages and unique page templates.
  • Features such as search, filters, calculators, logins or multiple languages.
  • Who writes the content and whether photos need a shoot.
  • Integrations with a CRM, ERP, payment gateway or the WhatsApp API.
  • Paid themes, plugin licences and the quality of hosting.

We don't sell fixed packages. You get a free growth audit report that covers what your current site needs, the recommended plan and our fee for your specific business. Then we talk it through on a phone call, over Google Meet or at our Anand office. For a wider picture of what drives digital budgets, read our guide on digital marketing cost in Gujarat.

Do you pay yearly for a website?

Some costs recur by nature: domain renewal, hosting and premium plugin licences. These are paid to the providers, in your name. Maintenance from us is optional and priced separately in the report.

Ownership, website maintenance services, security and backups

You own everything. The domain is registered in your name, hosting runs on your account and you get admin access on launch day. We're added as users. If you ever move to another agency, nothing is held back.

After launch a site needs steady care: WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, backups stored off the server, uptime monitoring, malware scans and an SSL certificate that renews on time. Our website maintenance services cover all of that plus small content edits each month. Some clients prefer to handle it in-house, and we hand them a simple checklist.

Skipped updates are how most small-business WordPress sites get hacked. It's dull work. Do it anyway.

Website development company in Gujarat, working with clients across India

Our only office is in Anand, on Jitodia Road. Most website projects run over phone, WhatsApp and Google Meet, which is why a firm in Pune or Bengaluru gets the same process as a clinic in Vallabh Vidyanagar. If you're searching for web design services India-wide, location matters less than process and ownership.

Gujarat is our home market, and our local pages go deeper on each city. There's a website design company in Anand page for Charotar businesses, website design in Vadodara for Makarpura and Por manufacturers, and a website design company in Ahmedabad page for firms around Sanand, Changodar and GIFT City. Textile and diamond businesses can read about website design in Surat, and engineering and auto-parts makers should see website design company in Rajkot.

Clients in Vadodara and Ahmedabad can meet us in person when needed. Everyone else gets the same care over video calls.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a business website cost in India?

It depends on pages, features, content and integrations, so any fixed number quoted without seeing your business is a guess. A five-page site for a consultant and a catalogue site for a manufacturer with hundreds of products are very different jobs. BrainBean doesn't sell packages; your free growth audit report states the scope and our fee for your site, and we discuss it on a call or Google Meet.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most business websites we build go live in two to four weeks. Landing pages can be quicker, while portals, multi-language sites and large catalogues take longer. The biggest variable is usually content and feedback: when photos, product details and approvals arrive on time, the schedule holds.

WordPress or custom website: which is better?

For most business sites WordPress is the better choice, because it's quick to build, easy for your staff to edit and gives full SEO control. Custom development wins when you need logins, calculators, heavy integrations or unusual features. We recommend one in the audit report and explain the reasoning, rather than pushing whatever we like building.

What pages should a business website have?

At minimum: home, about, a separate page for each main service or product line, contact and a privacy policy. Most businesses also gain from an industries or locations page, a FAQ page and a projects gallery with real photos. Separate service pages matter because each one can rank for its own searches.

Who owns the website and domain after it's built?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, hosting sits on your account and you receive full admin access at launch. BrainBean is added as a user so we can maintain the site, and if you ever switch providers you simply remove our access. We never hold domains or logins hostage.

Can you redesign my existing website without losing Google rankings?

Yes, if the redesign is planned around your existing URLs. We export current pages with their Search Console data, keep or improve content that already ranks, and set up 301 redirects from every old URL to its new address. A brief wobble is normal while Google recrawls; lasting drops usually come from skipped redirects.

What is the difference between web design and web development?

Web design is how the site looks and how people move through it: layout, colours, typography and page structure. Web development is building it: code, CMS setup, forms, integrations, speed and security. It's best when one team handles both, so the design never promises something the build can't deliver.

Is my website SEO friendly?

Check four things: each service has its own page, every page has a unique title and one H1, the site loads fast on mobile, and it's verified in Google Search Console. If any answer is no, there's work to do. The free audit report checks these points and many more for your actual site.

Do I need a mobile-friendly website?

Yes. Google uses the mobile version of your site for indexing and ranking, and most Indian visitors arrive on phones anyway. A site that needs pinching and zooming loses both rankings and enquiries. Every site we build is responsive and tested on real Android phones and iPhones before it goes live.

What should I prepare before starting a website project?

Gather your logo files, a list of services or products, brochures or catalogues, real photos of your work, office or factory, and any existing domain and hosting logins. Also note two or three reference sites you like and say why. We can write the content, but we need your facts.

Does a website need maintenance after launch?

Yes. Software updates, backups, security scans, SSL renewal and small content edits all need doing regularly, and an unmaintained WordPress site is the easiest kind to hack. You can manage it in-house with our checklist, or ask us to handle it; the maintenance fee is listed separately in your audit report.

Do you only work as a website design company in Gujarat?

No. We're a website design company in India with our only office in Anand, Gujarat, and we work with businesses in other states over phone, WhatsApp and Google Meet. Gujarat is our home market, so many examples on this page come from local industries, but the process and deliverables are the same for every client.

How do I get enquiries from my website?

Give every page a clear next step and make it easy on a phone: a WhatsApp button, tap-to-call and a short form. Then bring in the right visitors through SEO, Google Business Profile or ads, and track each action in GA4 so you can see what works and drop what doesn't.
